As per FSSAI, FoSTaC trainings is approved for virtual mode, And TUV India as an ‘training partner ‘ is following the guidelines to ensure that the training module meets the expectations in terms of being interactive & create an team involvement with focus on knowledge sharing by technically expert trainers.


Course Objectives

Understanding the requirements of “FoSTaC- Special Milk & milk products” with examples, experience sharing and case studies for better understanding. The key objective is to understand the importance & necessity of food safety for all FBO’s as per the guidance manual of FSSAI for milk & milk products.

  • Field officers who handle milk collection centres & chilling centres
  • Management Representatives in dairy plants
  • Internal Auditors and Second Party Auditors
  • Supervisors, Food Safety Professionals, Managers, actively involved in manufacturing
  • Production Executives involved in Food Safety Management System activities
Prerequisite/Prior knowledge
  • Graduate in science with 1-year of experience in a supervisory role in the relevant sector OR Graduate in non-science discipline with 2-years of experience in a Supervisory role in the relevant sector
  • Note: Students can attend training if they are pursuing final year of under-graduation in food science/dairy technology/food technology /nutrition/life science having completed minimum 6 months internship in industry.

  • TUV India will do the registration & will share the enrolment number with training link
  • Attend training with no compromise on attendance, which will be submitted by TUV India IT team for every training (If attendance is less than 70% the participants need to be marked absent as per FoSTaC Guidelines)
  • Complete training & online assessment along with feedback
  • Certificates will be shared within 7 working days from date of training
Course Contents
  • Introduction of FSSAI/ FoSTaC/ FOSCORIS
  • Understanding food safety as per FSSAI
  • Understanding types of hazards & their impact on food safety
  • Understanding Schedule IV Part II requirements for
  1. Location/layout/facilities
  2. Cleaning & sanitation
  3. Personal hygiene & personal behaviour
  4. Support services like pest control/management sup-port/audit/testing/documentation.
  • Schedule IV Part III for milk & milk products
  • Control of operations including FSMS plan/ key requirements of process flow & SOP
  • Control of operations including FSMS plan/ key requirements of process flow & SOP
  • Process flow from 'farmers to customers', hazards involved & GMP/GHP for dairy industry
  • Requirements of FBO for Covid-19 prevention.

FSSAI will issue the certificates of successful completion to all the delegates who attend entire duration of the course & clear online assessment
