Technical Manager - Food Lab
Minimum 10-12 years' experience in a commercial third party Food Laboratory
Post graduate Chemistry.
Qualified Internal Auditor as per ISO17025:2017
Knowledge on APEDA and EIC Validation and Regulatory Requirements.
Managing and monitoring all day to day operations of the relevant laboratory sections
Adhering to the schedule of work, including commitments by ensuring timely issue of results meeting the requirement of Turn Around Time with accurate analytical results
To ensure that the laboratory meets the customer’s requirements in terms of detection and quantification limits. Ensure satisfactory investigation and closure of customer complaints.
Implementation of the quality management systems as applicable to the lab & improvement of the quality system. Meet defined quality objectives.
Supervise the Section Head/ Incharge/Sr. Analyst for equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance and minimum breakdown
Review the PT, ILC and quality check reports, in case of failure, review the corrective action taken.
Ensure satisfactory investigation and closure of customer complaints & non-conformances.
Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and cost cutting and lead & implement projects for the same
Assist GM Operations in other day to day management of the overall lab operations
To ensure safety of personnel working in the department
