Manager - Product Certification 

5-10 year in Risk Assessment & CE Marking or in machine automation domain.

BE+ (EXTC, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics)

• Understand machine and customer requirements
• Support in preparation of technical offer
• Identification of applicable EU directives & standards
• Preparation of checklist and verification
• Perform machine risk assessment
• Review of customer design documents as per EHSR requirements
• Review of test reports
• Inspection of machine and other ancillary equipment 
• Preparation of Technical Construction File
• Perform validation as per ISO 13849 series standard
• Responsible for the new business development for the product certification for the scope of TUV India. 
   

• Must have hands on experience on ISO 12100, IEC 60204, IEC 61000 series.
• Must have hands on experience on Machinery directive, LVD and EMC regulations.
• Must have the knowledge of ISO 13849 for machine validation and risk assessment.
• Must have experience on Sistema 
• Must have experience in executing the projects for EU Directives.
• Must have knowledge on machine automation & safety
• Shall understand safety interlocks and electrical drawings
• Must be able to interpret pneumatic schematics
• Shall have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Candidate shall be smart, energetic and shall be a team player
• Shall be ready to travel for project execution purpose
