Experience

10 to 15 years in Oil & Gas / Power / Manufacturing / Infrastructure/ Technical Services / EPC / Inspection / Procurement.

Qualification

Full time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a well-known institute with Management Degree preferable.

Job Profile

  • Responsible for Operations management and growth of Inspection services under Pune Region. 
  • Assistance in Business development and achieving business goals according to TUV India strategy for Inspection Services.
  • Assist the PC Head in planning and achieving the monthly targets of invoicing, order booking and preparation of MIS for the Respective Profit Center. 
  • Assistance in Budget preparation for the Profit Center in consultation with respective PC Head as per the broader guidelines and growth plan given by Management.
  • Assistance in Risk assessment for every assignment undertaken by the Profit Center.
  • Assist Profit Center Head to take lead in developing/streamlining new services and/or proposal for new services. 
  • Identify recruitment needs 
  • Assist in talent identification and recruitment with the help of PC Head along with HR and in consultation with respective Cluster head.
  • Assist the Profit Center Head to ensure adequate cash flow for the respective business segment and keep the outstanding below 45 days.
  • Attend the monthly outstanding receivable review with HO / CFO with the PC Head or in absence of PC Head and shoulder responsibility for collection of outstanding for the respective PC.
  • Assist the Profit Center Head to ensure the pending order data is reviewed for their product line so as to have accurate information on orders in hand.
  • Assist the PC Head to ensure team building, competence building and enhancement and motivation of the employees assigned to them with necessary support from HR.
  • Assist the Profit Center Head for completion of appraisal and promotion for the assigned employees of PC and submit to Cluster Head for his approval within time frame as set by HO.
  • Proactively take lead in Customer visits, interface & customer satisfaction. 
  • Take lead in identifying and conducting training for the staff for performance enhancement and team building.
  • Implementation of the processes specified in the company - especially those relating to orders - in accordance with the Quality Management Manual or group regulations.
  • Regular active reporting to PC Head on special business matters, quality cases, customer relations and if necessary on deviations from agreed targets and specifications.
  • Promotion of exchange of information within the group.
  • Ensuring effective and efficient operative processes (quality-compliant and schedule-complaint, cost-effective provision of services with consistent and evenly-spread utilization of resources).
  • Communication of requisite information to own manager and own employees.
  • Ensuring proper implementation and surveillance for occupational safety, health and environmental during work for the employees.
