Job Profile

Coordinate & manage entire period of construction

Make detailed plan – working out the sequence of operations at each stage

Coordinate with Managers/Engineers who oversee specific areas of work

Monitor resources deployment of all agencies/contractors for quality & timely output as required as per the need of the project to meet project master base line schedule

Monitor Progress in line with quality requirements

Chair meetings related to Project with Client, Contractors, etc

Coordinate with MIUL & actions that may be necessary to maintain the Project Schedule, quality & costs

Reporting to MIUL on progress of work, review work program & budget. Advice MIUL immediately of major problems faced at site

Advice MIUL on possible problems & delays that may arise in future, which could affect timely completion of project & its cost

Compile & send Progress Reports (Weekly/Monthly)

Compile & send Major milestones achieved, major deviations or concerns, proposed corrective actions for the concerns, Quality highlights, etc

Monitor compliance of all Statutory & Regulatory requirements & Environmental issues

Follow up to monitor conformances to schedules & timely submission of all deliverables

Regular communications with MIUL to obtain feedback on quality of services

Submit TUVI invoices to MIUL & follow up on payments
