Experience

Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in system certification industry

Qualification

MBA or an equivalent degree from a well-known institute/university

Job Profile

 
  • Propose, co-ordinate and implement agreed strategies for the development of the company, in order to ensure that the company is positioned as a business leader in the areas of International system certification, Food related certification/audit services, Training and Sustainability related industrial services.
  • Monitor and direct the sales and marketing activities of the company and establish appropriate systems and processes to grow the customers and market share of TUV Nord India – System Certification BU within Sri Lanka
  • Proactive engagement of the existing and potential customers for the effective delivery of agreed budgets and targets for sales, marketing and account management support.
  • Create and implement sales plans to grow TUV India presence in target user market and geographic sectors across Sri Lanka.
  • Work with Product Managers to agree positioning strategies for their product specific services.
  • Through the in-depth understanding of user needs, identify new opportunities and markets for offering TUV Nord India services.
  • Oversee the annual renewals process, ensuring on-target retention of existing customers and responsible for the acquisition of new customers
  • Coordinate the exercises designed to capture the Voice of the Customer;
  • Focus on continuous improvement so also propose and develop new services for TUV Nord India in Sri Lanka
  • To generate enquiries for the certification business by No. of visits made to new clients per month for identifying new business requirements
  • To receive tender bid, study the feasibility and bid for the same within defined timeline and attend the bid opening process to witness the process until tender decision
  • Working of financials for profitability and present to the higher management for approval
  • To respond the lead given by Corporate Communication within 24 hours.
  • To visit the existing clients and interact with top  management, MR, HR to identify the business requirements and to make them aware about our services
  • Networking in the market so as to take over the leads for various services and generate the business
  • Identify opportunities for new clients and new services and make visits to the businesses in these regions to explore business possibilities and generate leads.
  • Prepare a good presentation on new products, identify sector-specific clients and have business meetings to generate business.
  • Candidate with TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) Industries preferred with certification experience.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office, esp Excel and PowerPoint is desirable.
