Key Account manager responsible to ensure best in class service operations between TUV Subsidiaries, International Clients and TUV India Offices.
To lead the international inspection team to service the existing customers and build further business through fast and excellent services.
To coordinate with Indian customers to understand needs.
To coordinate with TUV NORD International branches and get timely, technically correct work done from them as per customer needs.
To coordinate with TUV NORD International branch to obtain work from them for inspections in India.
To work with TUV India branches to get timely, technically correct work done for them as per TUV NORD International’s client’s needs.
Bench marking of services deliverables.
Feedback to management / Execution teams about market perception and how to improve value proposition.
Help to Identify and develop services network in the countries where TUV presence are not strong.
