Full time Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Post Graduate in Science with following Professional qualification & knowledge:

  • Certified Lead Auditor for QMS, EMS & OHSMS as a minimum.
  • Knowledge of ISO 17021, ISO 17065 and International Accreditation Forum mandatory documents.


Minimum 12 years of industry experience inclusive of min. 5 years experience in Auditing, Accreditation management for Management System Certification.

Job Profile

  • Responsible for the certification integrity and Certificate decisions for the countries / regions.
  • Liaise with Accreditation Body for periodic assessment and compliance to Accreditation Body requirement.
  • Ensure Certification Body Quality Management system is complied with for all certification activities
  • Liaise with Certification Body team and ensure to remain updated and implement requirements of Certification Body.
  • Maintain updated records and database with the qualification & experience of Auditors, Lead Auditors and Specialists within their area that are allocated to deliver as per the System Certification contracts, and to ensure that only personnel approved through the Competence Development Services team (CDS) are employed upon such activities.
  • Ensure appropriate training of all personnel within their area and in accordance with the Certification Body guidelines and requirements (local as well as global).
  • Undertake internal compliance audits for the certification activities within Cluster India in accordance with the formal internal audit schedule.
  • Facilitate the Management Review and Impartiality Review process for the System Certification activities.
  • Handling & Resolution of customer complaints/appeals related to System Certification operations.
  • Report on matters relating to the suspension, withdrawal and cancellation of certificates and other accreditation related activities within area of responsibility.
  • Appoint technical reviewers (veto) for different product schemes based on maturity, experience and competence.
  • Develop resources wherever required for offer/Audit team reviews, auditor qualification reviews/approvals and internal auditors.
  • Co-ordinate & facilitate the planning & execution of accreditation audits programmes.

  • Compliance to Accreditation & CB rules.

  • Continuous improvement in key measures of internal process for Certification and Certification Body requirements.
  • Timely response to customer complaints and nonconformities identified during Internal & AB audits
