Min 2 years’ experience in Food industry
Min BSc- microbiology/nutrition/any science with one subject of microbiology /B Tech- Food / Food Technology
In charge of food safety and hygiene practices for overall kitchen.
For creating SOP’s for kitchen and staff.
Ensure trainings are done for awareness on food safety, HACCP, personal hygiene, cross contamination etc.
Ensure FIFO & FEFO is followed for all incoming materials on site.
Ensure due handling of complaints and give RCA / CAPA.
Conducting vendor audits & share compliance report with management.
Conducting environmental audits & share compliance report with management.
In charge of accurate documentation.
Ensure zero food safety incidents on site.
Ensure sampling is done for agreed samples and reports shared with management
