Job Profile
Overall responsible for operations of Safety & Reliability laboratory and monitoring day to day activities of the laboratories.
Implement the policies of the organization and achieve the goals of the laboratory.
Leading the sales & testing team and actively supporting branch sales team to meet targets.
To ensure that lab meets customer requirements and accreditations in terms of quality.
Project planning based on the availability of manpower and equipment against customer requirements.
Responsible for expansion of labs as per future plans in terms of infrastructure, manpower, testing capability, accreditations etc.
Give technical support to test engineers in interpretation of standards, best testing practices, testing solutions etc.
Give technical solutions to customers in case of test failures or interpretation of requirements.
Knowledge of outsourced labs so that customer can get all solutions at one place.
Implementation of ISO/IEC 17025 and other accreditation.
Reviewing the performance of all test engineers and skill upgradation of test engineers.
Creating good work environment for the personnel by addressing individual and common concerns.
