Head – Project Services - Modification, Revamping & Upgradation (MRU) (Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power sector)

Qualification

  • Full time Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering.
  • PMP or other Project Management courses preferred.
  • Level II or III NDT qualification (RT, PT, UT and MT) is preferable.
  • Additional qualification API 510/570/571 is preferable.
  • American Welding Society (AWS) / CSWIP 3.1, NACE / BGAS / API 936 Coating / Insulation Inspection etc. is preferable.

Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Shop or Site (out of which minimum 5+ years of experience at a medium or large site is must) in refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, power sector.
  • Modification, Revamping and up gradation knowledge with various Refineries, Petrochemical complexes, Fertilizer plants and other areas is prerequisite.
  • Experience in managing and leading of large team around 40-50 engineers at site(s) will be an added advantage.

Job Profile

  • Responsible for the development , management and P&L  of complete business of Project Services - Modification, Revamping and Upgradation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Responsible for the overall responsibility for arrangement of resources and recruiting / managing team of more than 50 Engineers for various site project execution, QA/QC & expediting services 
  • Management of other stream resources includes Civil, E&I, Refractory, structures, etc.  
  • Responsible for the proper utilization of resources by deputation of team (s) at various sites within India as well as overseas project and timelines, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
  • Dealing with various customers, contractors for timely completion of task. 
  • Planning and Monitoring the execution of the services as per Contract and Client expectations.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to refine the offered services.
  • Establish a feedback loop with clients to continuously improve services.
  • Ensure all inspections meet industry standards and client expectations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of all inspection activities and findings.
  • Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Internal coordination with various local offices for local support. 
  • Management of complete order execution and commercial aspects.

  • Sound knowledge of National/ International Standards and codes such as IS, ASTM, ASME SECTIONS – II,  VIII Div.1 , IX,  V;  API  etc.  EN/ BS/ DIN/ AD 2000
  • Excellent inspection skills; Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Looking for the complete site project execution QA/QC / expediting solutions for clients in various streams like Civil, Mechanical & E&I.
