Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in hardcore HR activities 
  • Should have wide experience in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy along with managing the recruitment and selection process.  
  • Recruitment experience in Engineering industry, Renewables, Construction and Infrastructure preferred. 
  • Lead team of HR personnel 

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline with MBA/PGD in HR 

Job Profile

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Lead team of HR personnel
  • Overall operations management of HR department with result oriented approach to meet the business needs.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Responsible for the smooth functioning of HR operational activities in the department
  • Managing employee master, employee history, offers made and all related database required for smooth functioning of the department.
  • Handling talent acquisition on for PAN India and ensuring smooth flow and close the requirements on time.
  • Competing the increment and performance incentive process as per deadlines.
  • Preparing monthly MIS of the department and generating various reports out of it.
  • Attending employees queries with regards to employment rules and providing solution.
  • Support and ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives/employee engagement activities.
  • Responsible for renewals of exclusive and empanel contracts on time.
  • Coordinating post-resignation formalities and clearances, 
  • Facing various audits conducted in the department.
  • Supporting in business process improvement.
