Job Profile

1. Database Entry and Management

a. Email Enquiries

b. Toll Free Enquiries

c. Industry Database

d. Events and Exhibition Database

 

 2. Social Media

a. Managing Linkedin Account (Basic) to connect with target audience

b. Creation of Social Media posts with guidance of reporting manager

 

 3. Exhibitions and Events

b. Coordination and handling  of material required for the events

 

4. Other responsibilities

a. Managing Corporate Communication Material Stock

b. Documentation of Corporate Communication related activities

c. Tasks allocated by reporting manager/department head as and when required

Desired Profile

  • Well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
  • Basic designing Skills (PPT, Publisher)
  • Experience in Social Media Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sincere and Smart working individual
