Graduate in Food Technology / Microbiology. Lead Auditor qualification for FSSC/BRCGS is desirable. Min. 10-12 years out of which min. 3-4 years in Certification/Food Certification.

• The job incumbent is authorized to undertake defined activities for the certification business within a defined country/region for specific TUV India / TUV NORD Certification products and accreditations. This shall be done in compliance with the policy and requirements of TUV India / TUV NORD.
• The position performs in line with the TUV India / TUV NORD Management System documentation.
• To centrally manage all activities related to concerned specific schemes of Food under Certification BU on all India basis.
• To aid technically in all accreditation audits.
• Responsible for ensuring all relevant details from Sales team and Schedulers and arrange for the approvals of the contract as per applicable scheme-specific rules.
• Monitoring of the scheme-specific KPIs (both internal as well as governed by FAMI QS, FSSC, and BRC, to ensure compliance to the defined targets.
• Monitor the upload of audit details and related information on the scheme-owners portal, for FSSC, FAMIQS, BRC, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
• Responsible for techno-commercial support to Marketing & Business Development for Client Management for the specific Certification / Training Schemes within India
• Interact with the sales personnel for updated knowledge on client prospects and business trends.
• Support the branch Sales team for any technical support during client meets
• To ensure development of second line leadership (Deputy Product Manager for the Scheme)
• Key Account management  of key clients
• Develop and qualify auditors within specific time frame.
• Monitor and ensure new auditor / tutor qualification and ongoing maintenance of qualification status of auditors
• Monitor Internal witness audits of concerned scheme auditors
• Manage Accreditation Body audits and witness audits
• Track and maintain reporting system for all audits/trainings
• Seek regular technical/operational clarifications and updates from TUV NORD Germany and provide to auditors
• Ensure average man day realization
• Ensure sales and marketing team is updated with latest guidelines  of certification and FSSAI, 2P audits
• EOE and calibration meetings 
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure effective performance of concerned specific schemes.
• Implement and maintain a robust audit planning system
• Maintain in an organized manner all records pertaining to auditors competence management and audit reporting and other records as per rule requirement
• Regularly and constantly update various trackers on a periodic basis
• Maintain all relevant records required for scheme-owner audits, where applicable
• Compliance of internal and external guidelines, policies, procedures
• Internal and external customer service satisfaction (e.g. number of complaints)
• Monitor the scheme-specific related webpage on the TUV India website and ensure it is updated with the most current & relevant information.
• Ensure Target realization as per objective for order booking, invoicing and collections.
