3-5 years in Service Industry in Business Analyst/ Development and Customer relationship.

Sr. Executive. VP – Infrastructure, Railways and Renewable

• Generate Prospects customers via performing Business research and data analyses, Identifying Potential customer and following up with them. 
• Early identification and follow up of major projects, opportunities & tenders.
• Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders.
• Efficient in using the Searching Engine, marketing tools such as LinkedIn to promote our services
• Keeping in touch with the various publicity activities in the region such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences etc. and explore the possibility of showcasing the organization and services.
• Organizing meeting with Customer Top Management for TUV India Management,
• Co-ordinate with existing customer for additional orders
• Assist in Identifying new customers and new sector
• Maintaining and update customer database
• Collecting and monitoring MIS on weekly and monthly basis from respective marketing manager, Profit centre heads.
• Organizing Weekly/Monthly review Meeting with BD – Renewables, Railways , PMC and Building
• Assist in Monitor the Project Cost Control, Operational Performance and receivables 
• To perform and deliver the necessary service as required by the Manager.

• The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills
• The candidate should have good computer & analytical skills.
• The candidate should have sood communication skills.
• The candidate should be proactive 
• The candidate should maintain client relationship – Retention and Growth.
