BRCGS START! The programme provides opportunities for small sites, small medium enterprises and UMKM (Small Micro Medium Enterprises - Indonesia), to recognise and systematically develop full & robust food safety systems. START! is developed to complement the Global Standard for Food Safety.
BRCGS START! enables audits and certification in 2 levels of requirements: basic and intermediate. These levels of requirements are stepping stones towards eventual certification to the full standard.
Companies who successfully achieved basic and intermediate levels will appear in the publicly available part of the BRCGS Directory, thereby expanding your opportunities to be acknowledged in the global market.
