Types of Medical Check-Up (MCU)

  • Annual MCU
    Comprehensive yearly health assessments conducted collectively, either on-site at the company or at the Medika OHC Clinic.
    Results are reported individually and collectively, serving as the company’s annual health record.
  • Pre-Employment MCU
    Health examinations for new hires, conducted according to job-related medical standards to ensure fitness for work and role suitability.
  • Risk-Based MCU
    Targeted examinations based on job risk analysis and specific workplace exposures.
    Examples include biomonitoring or specialized medical tests for high-risk job categories.
  • Post-Employment MCU
    Health screening for employees completing their tenure, focusing on the detection of metabolic or occupational-related diseases relevant to their work history.
