TÜV NORD Indonesia Strengthens Carbon Footprint Services through ISO 14067 Implementation

As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting decarbonisation efforts and sustainable business practices in Indonesia, TÜV NORD Indonesia continues to strengthen the development of its Carbon Footprint of Product (CFP) services based on ISO 14067. This initiative responds to the growing demand from industries for credible, standardised, and internationally recognised carbon footprint assessments.

To further enhance technical alignment and implementation approaches related to ISO 14067, TÜV NORD Indonesia recently engaged in a collaborative knowledge-sharing initiative with an industry partner. This engagement forms part of TÜV NORD Indonesia’s strategic efforts to ensure service readiness, technical competence, and alignment with global best practices in carbon footprint assessment.

ISO 14067 is an international standard that provides principles, requirements, and guidelines for the quantification and communication of the carbon footprint of products throughout their life cycle. The standard plays a critical role in enabling organization's to improve environmental transparency, respond to global market expectations, and prepare for evolving regulatory frameworks related to carbon management.
