- Designs and implements programs that aim to attract, develop and manage an organization's talent pool
- Provides and evaluates reports regarding effectiveness of the organization's talent startegies
- Set up & implement KPI's measurement system of organization's talent performances
- Responsible for recruitement process and reporting.
- Min bachelor's degree from reputable university with HR related education background (Psycology/Management)
- At least 5 years experience in the related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem solving
- English is a must
- Good presentation skills.
