Industrial Production-Maintenance Sector
The Industrial Production and Maintenance sector plays a key role in the economy and society in general. As it includes the production and maintenance of Industrial Products (machines, electronics, equipment) it creates a wide range of jobs, thus developing the economy and enhancing the competitiveness of businesses. Apart from the economic importance of industrial production, the maintenance of industrial facilities according to international quality standards is equally essential to maintain safety and avoid accidents. The sector makes a complementary contribution to innovation and technology improvement. The fact that industrial production and maintenance are closely linked to environmental protection and sustainability with the required goal of reducing pollutants and recognizing a positive environmental footprint is another defining point for process optimization.
Personnel certification proves that employees have been trained with the necessary know-how in the field of production and maintenance. Thus, the certified workforce guarantees the high quality of products and services in the industrial sector, inspiring customers and partners with the reliability that all work is carried out with regulatory standards and the highest possible quality and safety. In general, the certification of personnel in the production-maintenance sector is essential, since it is an undeniable indicator of the smooth operation of businesses. In a more person-centered conceptual framework, a certified worker can enhance his knowledge and skills so that he himself becomes a necessary and irreplaceable part of the workforce, contributing to operational efficiency. Modern specialties that require qualified and certified personnel in the industrial sector are:
