The TÜV HELLAS Management of Public Procurement Executive scheme concerns a specialized professional who is responsible for the timely and efficient preparation or control of the tender submission file in the context of calls for public procurement (goods, services and works), the monitoring the progress of the process and the management of the resulting contract.

The specific professional is employed in organizations or companies that participate in the implementation of public contracts, having responsibility for the entire cycle of implementation, i.e. from the preparation, to the conclusion and then to the execution of a public contract, under the existing EU-national institutional framework of responsibilities for Contracting Authorities/Contracting Bodies (public) and Economic Bodies (private).

The TÜV HELLAS Management Systems Executives-Consultants-Inspector certification scheme is for business executives & self-employed who are already or are preparing to deal with management systems or work in corresponding quality departments alongside experienced quality professionals. They may be employed in product-producing enterprises, such as industries, crafts and small production units, in service enterprises, in commercial enterprises, and in public and non-governmental organizations. The scheme above concerns people at an introductory level, who either have little experience or wish to join the field of such systems, and it does not lead to inspectors of systems where established and international schemes are applied (eg IRCA, ICQ).

The Special Business Negotiation scheme concerns a specialized professional who is responsible for the timely and effective preparation of the negotiation of business agreements, as well as for the successful implementation of the negotiation of complex contracts. The specific professional is employed in organizations or companies that participate in the implementation of financial agreements, having the responsibility of the entire implementation cycle, that is, from the preparation of the negotiation, to the conduct and then to its completion.
