Certification ISO 9001
The ISO 9001 certification is focused on the quality management and it is applicable in any organisation in all areas of production or services. Nowadays, it represents a globally recognised standard whose implementation is the basis for the application of other requirements for the company management system.
The way to efficient activities in the company leads through the systematic arrangement of its processes. Model presented in ISO 9001 standard is based on approved instruments and procedures whose application will allow the company to systematically increase the efficiency and effectiveness of management processes and, consequently, to improve the activity of the whole company in terms of meeting customer requirements and expectations.
The implementation of the system according to ISO 9001 is a dynamic process responding to changing all internal and external conditions and circumstances, to strategic objectives and to changes in the organisational and technological processes.
Certification is performed in two phases. In phase 1 the documentation and the readiness of the organization to the certification is assessed, in phase 2 the performance of all the requirements of ISO 9001 standard is verified in practice.
After the certification audit a separate certificate confirming the compliance with all the requirements of ISO 9001 standard is issued.
