Certification is carried out in accordance with BDS EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012 by the “Personnel Certification Body” of TÜV NORD Bulgaria Ltd., recognized by the Executive Agency “Bulgarian Accreditation Service” under Accreditation Certificate No. 4OSL/31.07.2025. The specialists also perform certification under German DAkkS accreditation.
The Notified Body of TÜV NORD Bulgaria Ltd. approves personnel for the production and repair of permanent joints in accordance with the Ordinance on Essential Requirements and Conformity Assessment of Pressure Equipment and Directive 2014/68/EU.

Upon written request to bulgaria@tuev-nord.de or tjamboliev@tuev-nord.de, the Personnel Certification Body provides information about issued certificates, their validity, and scope.
Exceptions apply in cases where disclosure is prohibited by law. Objections and complaints regarding personnel certification or unauthorized use of a certificate should be submitted to bulgaria@tuev-nord.de or tjamboliev@tuev-nord.de.
