Assessment of Compliance for Pressure Equipment and Functional Groups

The core unit of TÜV NORD Bulgaria Ltd. is the Notified Body for conformity assessment, authorized under Permission No. 126-OS/03.08.2016 issued by the Bulgarian State Agency for Metrological and Technical Supervision. The identification number of the Notified Body, assigned by the European Commission, is № 2613.

The Notified Body carries out conformity assessment of pressure equipment and functional groups in accordance with the Ordinance on Essential Requirements and Conformity Assessment of Pressure Equipment, which implements Directive 2014/68/EU and applicable harmonized standards. For this purpose, the Notified Body applies the procedures from Annex 3 to Article 16 of the Ordinance under the following modules:

• Modules А2;
• Module B (product) / B (design);
• Module С2;
• Module F;
• Module G;
• Approval of welding and brazing procedures (WPQR/BPQR);
• Approval of welding personnel for the production and repair of permanent joints for the equipment.
