Certification is carried out in accordance with BDS EN ISO/IEC 17024:2012 by the “Personnel Certification Body” of TÜV NORD Bulgaria Ltd., recognized by the Executive Agency “Bulgarian Accreditation Service” under Accreditation Certificate No. 4OSL/31.07.2025. Certification is also performed by specialists under German DAkkS accreditation.
The Notified Body of TÜV NORD Bulgaria Ltd. approves personnel for the production and repair of permanent joints in accordance with the Ordinance on Essential Requirements and Conformity Assessment of Pressure Equipment and Directive 2014/68/EU.
Certification is provided for welders and operators of metallic and thermoplastic materials according to BDS EN ISO 9606, AD 2000 HP3, BDS EN ISO 14732, BDS EN ISO 15620, BDS EN 13067, as well as brazers and operators for hard-soldering according to BDS EN ISO 13585. Upon written request to bulgaria@tuev-nord.de or tjamboliev@tuev-nord.de, the Personnel Certification Body provides information about issued certificates, their validity, and scope.
Exceptions apply where disclosure is prohibited by law. Objections and complaints regarding personnel certification or unauthorized use of a certificate should be submitted to bulgaria@tuev-nord.de or tjamboliev@tuev-nord.de.
