Food Product Inspection

Inspection of food products under procedure A75-S012 represents an assessment of the food supplier with regard to risks associated with the delivered products.

The requirements are based on the IFS (International Featured Standard) and FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification) standards. The inspection and evaluation are carried out by an auditor with appropriate qualifications for the respective product category.

Following a successful audit with a score above 75% and positive laboratory test results according to the approved monitoring plan, TÜV NORD Bulgaria Ltd. decides on the issuance of a certificate for the respective food product group and authorizes the placement of a test mark sticker in accordance with the approved template.
