Food Safety

The Global Standard for Agents & Brokers focuses on managing food safety and quality within companies in the food sector, and in the packaging and consumer goods sector which purchase, sell or trade products, but which do not produce, process or store them at the company premises.

The requirements of the BRC specifications are divided into 5 chapters:  

• Senior Management Commitment 

• Hazard Risk Assessment 

• Product Safety and Quality Management System 

• Supplier and Subcontracted Service Management 
