Course Objectives
The essential objective of this course is to develop the understanding on the SA 8000 requirements including documentation requirements, and SA 8000 implementation process. Up on completion of this course, all the delegates are expected to :
- Facilitate developing of organization’s SA 8000 documentation (policies, objectives, social accountability manuals including procedures, forms & formats for recording evidences etc.)
- Produce a plan of implementation with roles, responsibilities & targets
- Ensure implementation by providing adequate resources
