Course Objectives
The essential objective of this course is to develop the understanding on the BCM documentation requirements, documentation structure, developing various levels of documentation and BCM implementation process. Up on completion of this course, all the delegates are expected to :
- Facilitate developing of organization’s BCM documentation (processes, policies, objectives, BCM manuals, forms & formats etc.),
- Produce a plan of implementation with roles, responsibilities & targets,
