The essential objective of this course is to provide delegates with an in depth understanding on how an organization can align its people, processes and other resources to its vision/strategy & focus on common goals to success.   • 7 key categories (Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer & Market focus, Measurement, Analysis & Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management and  Results) 
  • Overview of Assessment Concepts and Approaches
  • Road map on Implementation and integration various quality initiatives such as ISO 9001, Six sigma, Balanced score card, etc.
  • Quiz/Examination
  • Course summary

Certificate
