Support during the construction and construction management
During the construction phase, we constantly check the implementation of the planned fire protection concept. On the construction site, we are a competent contact partner for the approving authorities and for everyone involved in the construction.
We prepare certificates of worthiness for components of relevance to fire protection, besides documenting design faults and the processes of eliminating them.
This permits timely detection of undesirable deviations from fire prevention concepts as well as avoidance of unnecessary consequential costs and delays.
If necessary, we also conduct tests of technical equipment according to state-specific testing and building regulations.
On completion of the construction project, we issue a certificate indicating that all relevant planning permission guidelines were observed.
