TÜV NORD Mobilität, Bank Deutsche Kraft, PA Sales Consultants and scan-up have - in intensive collaboration - developed an online assessment system that is based on the research of the well-known scientist, Professor Julius Kuhl.

The scan process is based on the research findings collated in fundamentals and application research over a period of 25 years by Professor Dr. Julius Kuhl and his research team at the Max Planck Institute for Psychological Research in Munich and at the University of Osnabrück. The - in close collaboration with theoretical development - empirical findings and tests are based on the scan.up-distributed scan process, which Professor Kuhl describes as "the first comprehensive assessment system for evaluating key qualifications developed on the basis of scientific research and which is continually scientifically assessed".
