The Institute for Vehicle Technology and Mobility IFM is an accredited and independent engineering services-provider in the automotive sector, which works for industrial companies and government authorities at the national, European and worldwide level.

In the three core area of complete vehicles, systems and components, together with drives and emissions, IFM monitors and tests technological innovations in the automotive industry, in order to ensure the market success of manufacturers and the supply industry, and to contribute to the improvement of vehicle and traffic safety. The IFM is accredited for testing to national and international standards, and works with many approval authorities at home and abroad.
